Before TLCOM, Philippe was Venture Partner at P1 Ventures and Summer Associate at Quona Capital and led strategic initiatives at ALX in Nairobi. He began his career as a Management Consultant at Deloitte in Washington, DC.
Philippe holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School, and a bachelor's degree in International Development from the University of Virginia.
