Andreata is a Partner at TLCOM. She enjoys traveling, swimming and is drawn to the NBA, interests that reflect her investment style combining curiosity, endurance, and applying skill in decision-making.
Andreata supports fund management and leads investment sourcing and ESG. She sits on the boards of Ajua, SeamlessHR, uLesson and Stanford SEED, and is an Endeavor Mentor in Kenya.
Before TLCOM, Andreata worked at Horizon Africa Capital in Kenya and the African Development Bank in Tunisia, building deep experience in transaction structuring and corporate finance advisory across M&A and capital-raising mandates. She began her career in economic consulting at National Economic Research Associates (NERA) in New York City.
She holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a bachelor's degree in Economics from Grinnell College.
